Next, the bottles enter the Automatic Bottle Washing Machine, where they are cleaned and prepared before the filling process. After washing, the bottles move forward to the AUTOFILER Automatic Liquid Filling Machine, which accurately fills liquid products into bottles using advanced volumetric or weighing technology. Next, the bottles enter the Automatic Bottle Washing Machine, where they are cleaned and prepared before the filling process. Once capped, the bottles proceed to the Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine. This machine applies high-quality adhesive labels with perfect alignment and positioning. It enhances the product’s professional appearance while also providing important product information such as branding, ingredients, and batch details.

After labeling, the bottles move to the Carton Packing Machine, where finished products are automatically arranged and packed into cartons. This stage improves packaging efficiency and reduces manual labor. The cartons are then transferred to the Robotic Case Packing System, which places boxes precisely into shipping cases using automated robotic arms.

Finally, the cartons pass through the Carton Sealing Machine, which securely seals the boxes and prepares them for palletizing, storage, or distribution. The entire production line operates through a centralized control system, allowing operators to monitor performance, adjust parameters, and maintain optimal production speed.
